The Story of Dave Posner and Lucy
Lucy was lured into a boat by Dave Posner, who said he had a powerboat. He raped Lucy and threatened to duct-tape her mouth if she didn't stop. The FBI believed the Rogers killer would strike again in Tampa Bay. A composite sketch of his face has now been released as part of an ongoing investigation.
