If you do live Q&A's, maybe you're doing member new shows, actually call out your new members by name. That recognition can again go a long, long way and just the fact that you've noticed that they joined is going to make them feel pretty special. You could send personal welcome videos using a platform like bomb bomb dot com or Bonjoro. If you're using things like infusion soft or active campaign for your email marketing, you can put little notes about your members on their profile too. This goes even further if you can loop members into relevant conversations within your community. It also encourages more voices in the discussion so that it doesn't become all about you.
