How Much Does a Senior Front End Engineer Cost in India?

Full time we are about 100 people in the company. We already have like one person in Texas and one person in LA right now. And then we have our inside sales team back here in India, which is also closing bigger deals right now. Do employees in India care as much about equity as employees in the United States? No. So that culture is setting up here in India as well. I mean, after six years of experience, then they value the equity. Because some of the executives have happened in Indian as well, in the recent past.
