i think we have a whole lot of issues with design being really biased. And agism is a real thing in technology, i can tell you for sure. So remote work and the ability to work elittle bit more flexibly and lit a bit more remotely as made some work accessible to people that previously would have been unable to physically go to or place,. I hope this era of more flexibility and more remoteness means that we can have more disabled people joining product development teams.
