The ranch was at the center of a Pentagon funded black budget program between 2008 and 2013. Mr. Bigelow has remained fairly tight-lipped relative to what was documented, that is either confidential or classified. When I acquired the ranch, I acquired it with no data, with nothing turned over and really started with a clean slate.
