I think they could have been a lot more effective. I mean, partly it was, we created a crisis because the urge to get into the monte ripo is so strong that we just had to do it. And then we were in this race till i get things back to an acceptable level where thike c i was taking like six hours or something for a while. But throwing a bunch of bodies at that did not really get it to go get better r faster. Its the same people who were going, always going to fix it and fixing it. It sounds like the team was a little perpetually under funded at twitter. Do you feel like our industry as a whole is under funding
