New York City's Congestion Pricing Plan

The Department of Transportation is expected to approve New York City's congestion pricing plan like any day now could happen right now. The city will set up a bunch of cameras at all the entry and exit points of Manhattan south of 60th Street. And then those cameras are going to read your license plate and charge your easy pass or mail you a bill if you are going through lower Manhattan. Now the toll for entering Manhattan is TBD, but do we have some early pricing, Jack? It's expected to be $9 on the low end during off peak hours and up to $23 on the high end if you try to enter Manhattan at like five o'clock.
