A, I'm Not a Philanthropist, Why Not?
In the past, when i did my my doctria over in britain, right? Only just over ten % were going to hire it because the treasury paid everything. The successful students wind up paying outrageously high interest rates,. ready to subsidize the ones that don't pay at all. And at some point, smart students will look at it and say, no, i'm not. Why wend i? I'll just go and get a bank loan and pay five% instead of paying 12%.
