Outsourcing
So i've outsourced bits of it from the very beginning. And even though i knew that would mean that it would take me longer to get to profitability, i was totally oqa with it because i suck at certain things. I am not a gratad marketing. So i outsource my design. After we reach profitability, i also say, ok, let's out sorce some of the other things that i'm not really good at or i don't enjoy doing. O and what was your lan situation? Are you working on this full time now? I'm still doing a little bit of contracting, although my prediction is that at some point this year i would switch thin. Thank box
