Mayor Brie: People in tents are offered space and they refuse. It's a drug use area. The number of people coming from out of the city to benefit from these services means that our need is unlimited. A judge unfortunately issued an injunction to stop us from removing tents unless we specifically have- Shelter beds, right? Well, for every single person on the streets and it's confusing. And so our city attorney, David Chu, is appealing that decision.
