The cape is the most powerful power up that mario can get his hands on. The star only lasts for 20 seconds, and you're at a point where u to platform. If you miss a jump, they're not going to save you. You've gen just, like, cleve through bad guys with the cape yet. Nd, that's my favorite thing about the leaf in mario three as well - it lets me float during a platforming session. That is a god os ivid second to throwing spin in a mario odise, it's an extra special treat. Give me an extra two minutes of your time! I'll give you another five or six hours
