Introduction
Nadine Dorries, Tory MP from Mid Bedfordshire. She said back in June that she was going to quit as an MP because she wasn't given a peerage in Boris Johnson's honours list. So there is no official by-election there because she still hasn't officially resigned. And even Rishi Senak, the Prime Minister said today that she's not representing her constituents properly - but until she formally resigns, he can't do anything about it.
