Peggy's boyfriend is gonna ask her to marry him but he doesn't because he doesn't ever come right no and it's this really funny thing where like the show basically does cell phones without doing cell phones you know. She says she keeps delaying being there and then you see that she's not just standing her boyfriend up it's that he's brought her whole family in right to to be with them on this momentous occasion when he's a surprise as a surprise on her birthday and he's gonna ask her  to me.
