"The love triangle itself is so embedded in the story world and so dependent upon, like, the stakes of the larger world," she says. "You can't make other movies like this, rightli? Om you could try to tie your love triangle most of the time but it's pretty hard to do in a believable way." The movie takes on an epic scale even though it really is about the problems of these three little people.
