I used to do these incredibly highly designed posts on Instagram. I felt like it was one of the ways that I was able to differentiate myself for people online. And ironically, it turned out that the design didn't matter at all. As soon as I switched to a more simple format, it reduced the amount of time that we spent creating posts by probably maybe 80%. People liked it more because it was easier to digest.
