Sales leaders get it. The interesting challenge we have sometimes is with the talent acquisition side because the established way of thinking is that the ATS pulls from the resume, does these things and this is what we do. So then I've got a sales leader and a talent acquisition leader that are a little bit at odds around how they're going to solve this problem called, I need reps carrying quota in a month. And I need them yesterday. We want to be able to help, but sometimes I think that that can, you know, butt up against the established way-of-thinking there.
