i was explicitly told, and in 19 94, i'm dating myself here, when i was endowed, that my braw had to be worn over the garment. So again, that was very, very prescriptive. And i did what i was told. Then years later, a friend, she's probly about 15 years younger than i am, telling me that that rule, whether it was actually a rule or not, i guess, i'm not totally sure, had changed.
