Roosevelt's Wilderness Adventures
Roosevelt became a cattle rancher on the banks of the little missouri river in the dakota badlands. The frontier left roosevelt with calloused hands and sunburnt skin, but it soothed his spirit. This passion for the outdoors would stay with him till his dying days. His drive also eventually pushed him into politics after becoming the youngest man ever elected t the new york state assembly in 18 81.
