The Savings Element of the Pensions

There's two types of pension, which most people listening here would have known about. Most big employers have stopped doing them because of the gold standard and they're increasingly rare. In its simplest form, it's just a savings account, but with great tax advantages. While the money's in there and growing, it's growing completely free of tax. There's no more tax-efficient vehicle that I'm aware of than a pension.
