What I Wish I Knew About Being a Leader

The things that make you, that create your super powers in the very early days can become your weakness if you over rely on them. I think it's a fairly typical pattern, and it's a bit of clese as advice. But my super power, itwas i could just figure everything out myself. And so that idea that you need to give up control is not just giving up control, but actually bringing people in who can help you - asking a lot of them. It's exhausting. You don't succeed that way once you're a certain scale.
