Mike Slocum: I told the contract agency a little over a year ago is that, Hey, guys, I got to stop working because my CPA says I need to be a real estate professional this year. And of course they gave me these blank stairs like, huh, what are you talking about? So we're out there doing what the government wants us to do, which is create housing and create employment. We were able to pay zero in personal income taxes last year, which was awesome. The companies that I created paid tens of thousands of dollars in county property taxes and the employees that we employed. It's just that most of them don't make it through our initial screening
