The Importance of Cultural Periodization in Coaching
Culture is a part of the culture which is well i can't make everybody happy right now. When it comes to culture big bang launches don't work and in fact big bang launches can often get in the way. The law of diffusion of innovation tells us if you have a group of people in most environments there are about 13 percent who will be early adopters. If we want to shift the culture over a period of time what's important is to find out who's in that 20 percent and engage them first.
