Ruby Central: A Way to Support the Ruby Community
The Ruby community has always been very kind of a grassroots community. If we want a local Ruby conference somewhere, people just get together and make it happen. I'm pretty happy that they're doing something like that because it gives you a way of supporting the community. The talk of them having a program that helps support regional conferences coming back is probably the most exciting part about it. "I would love to see a workshop at Rails Comp or something"
