i think snap chat's real strength is the one to one relationship between its users. It seems like building a friend network and interacting onth those friends, that's their real strength. The thing that they popularized in the beginning was ephemeral posts, images that disappear after 24 hours. That now is on all the major platforms, everywhere is stories.
