The Ukrainian Assault on Pokrovsk

Russian forces have launched missile strikes on the eastern city of Pokrovsk. There are reports that emergency services were responding to the first missile strike when they were caught in the second, about 40 minutes later. We're going to hear more about that a little bit later from Roland who has been there. But I'll just carry on with the news for now.
