Harvard Case - Is There a Functional Cap on the Admission of Asian Applicants?
David Frum says there's a greater and greater need for the supreme court to take this harvard case. He argues that asian students can be discriminated against, even if they're not from China or other Asian countries. The Supreme Court should rule in favor of Harvard over Stanford because discrimination on the basis of race is illegal under U.S. civil rights laws.
