Star is a full-time IF coach. In August of 2019, she found herself at 207 pounds and knew she needed to do something about it. A friend shared Delay, Don’t Deny, and Star began her IF journey right away. She has lost 81 pounds and no longer needs her thyroid, cholesterol, or anxiety meds.

Star became an IF coach to help guide others on their own IF journey. 

Star’s advice: Don’t weigh at first. Don’t treat IF like a diet. Don’t over complicate IF. Read Fast Feast Repeat. Mindset is everything. Understand your ‘why’ to living the IF lifestyle.
