The Most Important Thing It's Embracing

I think focusing too much on talent always seems like they're like talent is a word and it's a thing. It's self defeating self that's the advantage yeah where it's like hey if you put the time and you put the effort and the commitment in then you'll gain the skills to overcome whatever lack of talent you have town is just where you're starting out but it's not going to determine where you're ending up. I was watching a thing about Steve Martin and he actually has a lot of stuff to do with it. We've definitely developed the sense of like everyone has value in their own way  and we've even seen it with while working on maxila.
