How to Assess Psychosocial Hazards in Your Workforce
When assessing where psychosocial hazards may combine, is it best to identify this combination from assessing the activities or roles through a risk assessment? Yeah, so this, I think, is really comes through your qualitative consultation. Our recommended approach after you've done a quantitative data collection is to then follow up at exploring particular at risk groups. And so that's really where you're going to get that better understanding of what are the combinations or how are these hazards combining and impacting our workforce.
