The Need for Decent Work in the Face of the Pandemic
Nurses are not investing enough in educating nurses. We need to educate more nurses, but we need decent work throughout the pandemic. Decent work is something that we need to do. And I think seeing more nursing voices in leadership positions, government policy and in health institutions as well, really important. There is no single magic bullet for this - it's about doing all of those things.
