Using Google Service Accounts in a Big Query Environment

Each data set had an owner service account. And then every one of those data sets also had a individual reader group, right? So if you needed access to a particular data set, assuming it was something that was highly sensitive, then you'd have to be added into that particular reader group to even be able to see that data set.
