Eric Stonestreet: To be a man in the modern world is to live with ambiguity. He says men get mixed messages about being tough, sensitive and vulnerable. "We prefer authenticity," he says of women's word for vulnerability. 'Authenticity' means you're willing to speak your innermost feelings without hiding them from friends or family.'
