What Do You Learn From Stakeholder Interviews?
When you are in a roll where you need to get byind and do some change management, a really effective approach can be doing like stake holder interviews. We understand what motivates them. We know where they have concerns or fears,. So that you can then go be effective an, you know, actualizing that change since you came into an environment that was more supportive af research cont off the jump. I'm just curious how that affected things. Definitely did.
