The Importance of Groups in Teaching
I think it was great that I had been teaching for a few years. That was really good. The only difficult part were the lesson plans. They're very intensive and covered everything. If you had to write 30 of those lesson plans a week, you wouldn't ever have time to do anything. But they're preparing you for the worst or the most intense situation.
