How to Hold a Plate for Endurance Testing

10 kilos is a good standard weight to use, like even for your big heavy guys. If somebody can only hold it on the good side for 40 seconds, that's a 50% weakness. So you're mostly in this one interested in their endurance rather than their maximal strength. One common brands I'm not sure if anything is advertising but microfett keeps you in that abducted position because it also uses the hand health dynamometer. But what I'd say is being careful that they can't hold it for like five minutes suddenly.
