How to Make Vegan Cheese?

MioCo's vegan cheese is made with plant-based milks rather than dairy. It starts out by making some sort of milk or slurry or base out of nuts or seeds or legumes or grains. And you inoculate it with some sort of bacterial culture, which are called dairy cultures because they're typically used for the dairy industry. You can also use some other fermented thing that can kickstart the fermentation process such as pickle juice and sourcrab juice.
