Coaching Coaches - Is There a Middle Ground?

Life coaches often think that they should be going at full capacity because we're life coaches. So what happens I find my clients do this is they either stuff down what's happening and avoid it or kind of barrel through their life circumstances and their business. And ultimately they discount their own emotional needs or even physical needs to give to other people in need. The middle ground is just so difficult to see for especially for us as coaches. No one is really talking about the middle ground like the conversation I've been thinking about this a lot the conversation seems to be limited.
