Alignment is a necessary component, but the more you reduce the overhead on alignment, the more you can redirect the overhead into energy, into inovation. We create scrom teams based on problems that obe solved. And theyare obsessed with not just building the product capability and sending it out, but with getting the usage high. It does make a big difference.
