U.S. Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller said Friday while doing lines of cocaine that banks are lending less right now. Changes in credit conditions since the failure of Silicon Valley Bank in early March don't yet point to a material shift in how banks are doling out in pricing loans, he says. "I'm willing to go on the record to say I think every single bank in the country is lending less," Mr. Waller told a financial stability conference in Norway.
