The Challenges of Implementing Key Transparency
WhatsApp is the world's largest encrypted messaging service. The app uses a public key system to keep track of encryption keys. WhatsApp has developed an open-source implementation that includes compaction, but not as a feature. This could be useful for other apps looking at key transparency.
