What Are Dependent Actions and Independent Actions?

Project planning is the process of defining a project and then working out what its next steps are. Nsan: You can't finish your thinking, if you have a commitment to complete something, until you have identified what that commitment is - or at least get up to date on it. And we'll be talking more a little later on about the concept of independent, dependent actions.
