How to Love Yourself Unconditionally

"I'm just seeing through raising my daughter how the conditioning happens," she says. "It's funny because she teaches me all the time, I tell the story of her in art class." She adds that we have to forgive ourselves too for like being so nervous.

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
