Netflix's Decentralized Decision Making
Lisa Nishimura had been at Netflix for I think 15 years was instrumental in the company getting into stand up and into documentary series. They're trying to cut that down and also have sort of more centralized decision making, which is very un-Netflix. But it's another sign of Netflix becoming a little bit more like a big traditional company.
