Is Mayor Pete Biden a Bipartisan?

CNN's John Defterios says the lack of response from transportation secretary is starting to get bipartisan. Democrats are actually going after him too, because they see an opportunity if Biden decides not to run for re-election in 2016. "It's pretty apparent that the only thing Pete cares about is running for president," he adds.
