How to Deal With Fear
I asked my therapist about Herman and Abours. She shared with me what it was like, and I found it really reassuring. Not everything has to have a really challenging reason. It can actually just be a light benign reason. But I think it's really helpful to have enough noise around it. And you don't just suddenly wake up one day menopausal. Of course, your body is going through biology is slow, a really gradual process of transition. You can just be curious about that and start to notice what's coming up in your body. What about you when you talked about feeling afraid? What were your fears?
