Number 25 is Neil Young's Fork in the road. The album cover seems to be the random Polaroid taken of Neil looking in the camera, or maybe even a selfie if they had such a thing in 2009. "I guess Neil has always had that thing for lyrical literalism to a certain extent," he says.
