"Inclusion and just the voice and how we talk to students has changed considerably," she said. "I'm so grateful like you were mentioning all the people that have done such incredible work on inclusion for all this time included in inclusion." She added, "If that empathy doesn't come naturally we can I think behave our ways into greater empathy until it comes a little bit more naturally to us"
