Data Science and the Ethics of Computer Science

I sometimes think we're just missing the intersection between moral philosophy and computer science. Increasingly, ereseeing data science and te a curricula incorporate ethics training into their courses. Who holds the responsibility for the ethical applications of this technology? I would say it's not just about the technologys. Think the question is, you know, how do we share that responsibility?
