I Don't Want It to Know What I Do When I'm Not Running

I have a big, my, a lot of my anxiety is focused around health. I'm really bad at picking apart and scanning and obsessing over things that don't feel quite right. So I worry sometimes about like, I don't put my sports watch on when I go to sleep because I get worried. And then when it comes time to come home and drink a glass of wine, I chuck it across the room. Oh, I secretly like being judged, I think. Do you? But that's probably because you're quite good on that stuff. Yeah. Well, not ice cream because that's dairy, but definitely family size packets of crisps.
