Is There a Difference Between a North Korean and an Islamic Regime?

Am, take the north koreans for exampleen we talk about brain washing. If all of a sudden they allowed an actual free election in north korea, be interesting to see the results. Or even let's just say one that's been a more a functionalan valued member of the world community - soudy arabia. Be interesting to see if the brain washing took hold to such a degree that people there voted to continue the regime. And doesn't this also apply to these islamic regimes? I'm not sure.
